Adrian is a continuous learner with a proven aptitude for aligning teamwork with hospital strategy and operations. He has developed and refined skills in project management, process improvement, Lean methodologies, business operations, data analytics, and stakeholder management. 

Echeverria is Director of Business Operations at Nacogdoches Women's Center and has experience as a consultant within Protiviti's healthcare division, as a front office coordinator for Brazos Spine in College Station, and as a Strategy Consultant Intern for Houston Methodist Hospital. 

Echeverria completed his Master of Health Administration in 2020 at Texas A&M University, where he was involved in the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Association for Future Healthcare Leaders, the Healthcare Finance Association, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Medical Group Management Association and the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. 

Ryan McMorries, MD

Ryan McMorries is an Emergency Medicine Physician at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama, and has served in that capacity at Decatur Morgan Hospital in Decatur, Alabama, Hawaii Pacific Health and Schumacher Clinical Partners in Oxford Mississippi. He has also worked in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center. 

McMorries graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2010 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry and biology from The University of Mississippi.
